The Process
First, we will do a walk around with you if you are on site during the clean and identify any issues or concerns with you. Next, we will verify the estimate and that you are happy with the plan, then we will get to it. Usually, we can clean a pad in few hours using our professional grade degreasers and soaps along with powerful hot water pressure equipment. All plants in the area of any runoff are monitored and protected as much as possible. Once the chemical has had chance to its work, we will rinse it off and then give any sensitive areas a good rinsing to get rid of any chemical over run.
If you want your dumpsters cleaning at the same time (exteriors only) let us know before the day of the clean or on the day of the clean and receive a 50% discount. This offer does not apply once we have left the jobsite so take advantage of it asap.
